My son returned to school on Monday as a 5th grader. I just wanted to
hug him a little tighter for just a minute longer. He has grown up to
be a fine young boy and I'm truly proud of him.

Taking these photos today really made me see how much my son has grown up. It seems like yesterday that he could barely keep up with me. Today he tells me to look closely at the hair fuzz growing on his lips. There is a little fuzz there but I did not tell him I could see it. Gotta love that boy.

(09.04.09)I see a little Nana in this picture. He is growing up so fast! Very glad I get to watch from the side lines. I'm certain he's going to give us many things to celebrate over the next few years!
